These mid-sized battery scrubbers are high productivity machines for large commercial and industrial applications.  Two brush systems are available:

Cylindrical provides "One Pass" sweep & scrub capabilities;

Disk systems are best where there is little debris or for vinyl tile or terrazzo surfaces where stripping of floor finishes are required. 

Either brush system provides that Tomcat reliability and superb solution recovery

Tomcat scrubbers equipped with cylindrical brushes pick up small to medium sized debris (nuts, bolts, pallet chips, etc.) while scrubbing, dramatically reducing labor time by eliminating the need to pre-sweep; debris are deposited into a hopper, eliminating squeegee streaking and clogging of the vacuum hose.  Cylindrical's are excellent in manufacturing environments like machine shops.

Disk brushes work well in environments with light debris such as warehouses, distribution facilities or for stripping vinyl tile floors.

Blend units automatically mix cleaner concentrate and water at the proper ratio to assure the highest chemical performance without waste.  Several types are available including:

The 4700 medium-sized sweeper is built to withstand the daily challenges of commercial and industrial applications.  An aggressive broom spinning at 500 RPM's shovels debris into a steel hopper.  This broom floats on a trailing arm suspension that allows the broom to move with the floor, and eliminates the need to "reverse" broom, or continually adjust it as it wears.
